Parents are
continuing to park illegally on the Nepean Highway near
the Gate 7 exit.
The area on the
Frankston side of the gate is No Standing Anytime.
Cars stopping in this area present a hazard to other
vehicles, block sight distance from cars leaving Gate 7
and create a danger for pedestrians.
The No Standing
Anytime is a legally enforceable parking condition.
Following a number of complaints from road users the
School has asked the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council
to provide an officer to enforce this regulation.
Parents who continue to stop their
vehicles in this area risk a fine.
Parents may
drop off and collect students on the Mornington side of
Gate 7. Please ensure that students alight from the
passenger side of the vehicle and move directly to the
footpath.
