The Year 4 Study Tour is once again to be held at Warrnambool. The children will be away for four days and three nights. The dates are Tuesday 20 October to Friday 23 October inclusive. A copy of the well-tried itinerary is attached. We will be assisted in running the
camp by Mrs Kimpton, Mrs Reeman, Miss Heggie and Miss Burton.

Please read the attached information carefully and complete the Medical/Permission form in full and return it to school by Tuesday 13 October.

There is no necessity for your child to bring money - but if he/she wishes to buy souvenirs, please limit the amount to a maximum of $15. Money must be in a clearly labelled envelope and given to your child's teacher no later than Friday 16 October.

Any medication required by your child should be marked clearly with name and directions and handed to Mrs Sugars prior to our departure. Please do not allow your child to bring sweets or other confectionery on the camp.

All students will be required to bring their own morning tea, lunch and refillable water bottle for the journey to Warrnambool. Students will NOT be permitted to bring electronic games,
iPods, etc.

In the event of an emergency, please make contact with us through the School.

Please note that Monday, 19 October is a normal school day, during which final instructions and reminders will be issued to the children. They will be required at school on Tuesday 20 October at 8.15 am for an 8.45 am departure. We expect to return by 2.45 pm on Friday
23 October. The bus will depart from and return to the Ansett Hall car park.
